Carrots are very nutritious and pretty easy to find. There are many ways to get the nutrients out of the carrots. You can chew a piece of raw carrot once in a while. You can use a juicer to squeeze the juice out of the carrots or cook lightly to make carrot soup. Just find a way to include carrots in your diet frequently.
